Associate Memberships are valid from August 1st through July 31st each calendar year.

By default, memberships automatically renew August 1st each year. You will receive reminders starting July 1st. You may cancel the auto-renewal at anytime from your Account page. You may also renewal early from you Account page.

Non-Ohio and other Ohio residents, business entities, and their shareholders, members, partners, as well as employees of cervid farmers and other individuals may qualify to become an Associate Member. Associate Members do not have voting rights.
